  Arrived quicklywithin time frame. Well packed . Battery charged quickly and efficiently withouth any problems. A great price for a brand new battery. the only slight thing people may not like is the fact that its only comes in white. I personally am not bothered about this as it seems to keep the price down compared to others charging a minimum of £10 more foe a black one. I give the seller 100% all round for the service and highly recommend them A*****

  I ordered this laptop battery but unfortunately it did not resolve my problem. I contacted the seller about this they could do enough to help me to try and resolve the problem. The seller did so much to help me and also very quickly too. I would always recommend this seller for their customer care and attention. This is a very rare 5 star seller. Thank you

  Unfortunately the charger was faulty, however the customer service team were excellent. They were in contact regularly with helpful comments and questions. Eventually they agreed that the unit was faulty and gave me a full refund. Thank you team.
