    Initially I received a padded envelope which was empty, very hot weather, possible that glue had weakened and item had slipped out, no tear in bag. I contacted the seller same day and I was very impressed with the response, a new item sent out very quickly that arrived the next day. Would use this seller again, no hesitation.
