    Item is as described. Shipping was very slow so if you need something quickly, as I did, talk to them first. 12 days from Pennsylvania to North Carolina?!? Great price though, cheapest on EBay. They did communicate well and offer my money back once I got the part. I will keep it as a spare. Thank you

    Item was packed and shipped quickly, and arrived in no time. Item is exactly as listed and seems to be in perfect condition. This was listed at a very reasonable price, which was a real relief. I'm so tired of reseller ripoffs that sell parts at ridiculous prices. Nice to see someone still around that has some decency. Would not hesitate to do business again.

    At no fault of the seller, the item arrived without it in the box. The USPS had a sigh on the envelope that it was opened somehow and nothing was in it. After I contacted Seller they immediately refunded my money! So I will in the future order anything I need for my chain saw from them. Without question they took care of the problem and that carries a lot of trust with me.

    USPS had a problem with delivering until almost a month later. Product was brand new OEM Honda Oil Filter in original packaging. Great price and an excellent vendor!!!!
