  I was a little nervous to buy from an international seller BUT this seller is amazing! They packed everything well, shipped it fast, and kept me updated every step of the sale. Very, VERY good seller! I will definitely purchase from again! I love my pops, they are exactly as described!

  A++ seller. Would absolutely recommend and will do business again. High quality items from a high quality seller. All items were 100% authentic and the condition was exactly as in the photos and described. Very fair prices, and the addition of combined shipping was a huge bonus that added to the value. My parcel arrived clearly damaged, but because of the stellar packaging, everything arrived in one piece, fully intact. Pop protectors added a lot of extra protection too! Can’t ask for more!!!!

  Soy de México y debo admitir que tenía miedo de comprar un Funko, pero debo admitir que me equivoqué. El vendedor siempre fue amable y atento. El Funko llegó días antes de lo estipulado y estaba en perfectas condiciones. El único detalle fue un pequeño detalle en el ojo, pero eso fue evidente desde el momento en que lo compré, y ya sabía que iba a llegar así.   *BUYERS, ASK FOR ADDITIONAL PHOTOS!* Product received with a huge crease throughout the side of the box and multiple blemishes. Seller didn’t point this out in the description nor was it visible via PopFreak’s photos. I’m extremely upset I paid $80 just for my item to arrive in unexpected conditions. Unfortunately, I will not be returning it just to lose $20+ due to shipping fees. What a headache, thanks for nothing PopFreak!

  I'm sorry that the pop wasn't pristine enough for your event. That said, the box was never gonna be pristine hence the "New Other" designation and the request to look closely at the images. The sticker residue was the major damage worth clarifying, but the images did show fraying at corners. They weren't invisible. Also, the $18 USD is a flat shipping rate across all destinations. I can't go lower - I lose money as is shipping internationally. But I'm sorry for the inconvenience I caused you.
