  arrived exactly as described ,unopened , surprise box my daughter will open it when she gets home from overseas/box is in perfect condition,no dings or dents/ she will love it/seller is a pleasure to do business with/ for what it is price was suitable and it appears to be a new item /shipping was swift/and it was very well packaged /not a scratch on it. thank you

  Came unopened in its bag; the box was opened only to verify the type and the proof qr code checked out as authentic. The pricing was good. It looks even better in real life than in photos; very high quality. It also came way quicker than expected. I actually wish that I had bought another one from the seller because it shipped so much more quickly than another YFM doll from another seller that I ordered before this one and am still waiting on.   New, verifiably authentic Pop Mart Crybaby, new, exactly the one I wanted. Came well packaged, double boxed with bubble wrap. As described, looks great, quality is great. It was pricey but I really wanted it. Arrived 8 days after purchase/shipped.

  Product was true, accurate. Shipping was from overseas and their distribution center is in California, which led to some weird confusion with the usps. Seller reached out to me to pick up item - I initially thought... uh oh, here we go... but, that same day I got a pink slip in mail. I was able to pick it the following day. Tracking showed it was stuck in a town over. Not sure how that happened. Anyway, love the item and thank you seller!

  A very good customer service experience. I bought it. They shipped it out the day that I bought it sent me a message sent me a photo of the package very good communication. The only downside is that I had to pay €70 additional customs. But the labubus were real & authentic, i checked.
