  This wiper blade was exactly as described/depicted, arriving well-packaged and in perfect condition. The seller helped trace the package after a SNAFU had the same USPS number as one going to a different state. The seller and the Good Ole US POSTAL SERVICE did IN FACT DELIVER the very NEXT DAY. All is WELL! Great performance of this model wiper on the rear window of my Jeep. All-Around great experience & great value, performance with this wiper blade. 5 Stars!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Received 12inch blade instead of 10inch. Seller quickly sent the 10inch. Seller was very responsive. The correct blade fit nicely. Would buy again from this seller.

  My wiper blades arrived quickly. However in looking at the box that it was shipped in it appeared to be the wrong wipers. I contacted Pontofit about this and was told to open the box, which I had not at this point thinking they would need to be returned. When I opened the box I was excited to see my new wipers! Yes I get excited about wiper blades. They work perfectly, great value and look great on! I will certainly look to purchase from Pontofit first for my automotive needs.

  Item arrived slightly late and the tracking was no help because it said it was an Amazon tracking number. I'm not sure if this was because of the seller using their marketplace or if the tracking was reused, but the item eventually did show up on the number. But, the item arrived well packaged and as described. I've bought these wiper blades from this seller before and they lasted a bit over a year, so not bad for what they are. Definitely recommend the seller and item!

  I've ordered from them twice. For some reason the USPS is determined to misplace wipers? Twice the USPS took over a month to deliver the original orders. They replaced the original orders each time to make sure the items were delivered. I'm sorry our postal service isn't very reliable, I understand issues happen and no service is immune to issues, but this seller made sure the product was delivered... AA+
