  The seller was prompt with replies. The product came on time and was in good condition. It was in a bubble wrap package so the box did not get crashed and it is brand new as stated. The item is authentic and good quality. It was definitely worth the price.

  Very quick delivery from Japan to UK. The bell was packaged with extreme care, thank you. The temple bell exceeded our expectations, exactly as described and with a lovely sound. I was happy to pay the price as it was for a special birthday gift, the recipient is delighted with it. Bear in mind for delivery to the UK there will be a customs charge to pay ( it cost us £39). I was aware of this before placing the order, it mentions it on the listing. Thank you!
