Great communicator (despite the fact that I did not see seller's pre-ship message inquiry to verify my model of equipment to check correct part match ... totally my own fault).   Seller took the extra step of holding up shipping until they were able to confirm that they were sending me the correct part for my air conditioner. Once it was verified they shipped later the same day. Appreciate their double checking as I had already gotten the wrong part from amazon.
