    Great response time! The package was well wrapped and this seller cares about customer satisfaction. The mail carrier accidentally marked the package as delivered and even though it was out of the seller's hands, the seller still expressed concern about customer satisfaction and about whether I received my package. I would buy from them again!

    These demitasse cups and saucers are in pristine condition - even more lovely than described and pictured. This is such a good value. I also purchased two more sets so that I have six in total. The shipping was quick and the packaging was done expertly. This is a trustworthy seller.

    Great value, excellent packaging, fast shipping, and better in person than described in the listing. A beautiful set of highly detailed Dept 56 accessory pieces that works very well with the Dept 56 25th Precinct Police Station. May be listed as used but actually is in pristine condition. I would highly recommend this seller based upon my positive experience.
