  Either they are using a AI to respond to messages or they are playing dumb. They sent one instead of three as advertised. The message kept saying they will issue a refund, or it only comes in black and finally not to worry it had arrived. I kept saying it has arrived, but the package contained one instead of three.

  The item only come with BLACK Color, the other photo is only showing what function the balck item has, We had communicated with the buyer, and sent photos and steps to show how to use the item, and we have Return & Refund service,We had sent a return label(USPS:9400111899560255106875), the buyer never want to return back, only want to get money back,the buyer reject our helping, and only left a negative review to hurt us, and don't want to solve the problem, we also don't know how to help him.
