    The item was as described, brand new and sealed. The case and artwork were pristine with no visible damage. The seller packaged it carefully in one of those thick bubble mailers. The disc itself installed perfectly and runs great. It was a good price considering how hard the native Xbox Series X version can be to find. And when I contacted the seller about concerns about them using a stock image for the game, they got back to me very quickly, and even sent me actual pictures. So thank you!

    Amazing seller! Was really helpful and answered my questions right away. My game was nicely packaged and arrived on time. I have yet to open it but it is a brand new North American copy, perfect if you are completing your NA xenoblade collection. Thank you!

    Item arrived promptly and in good (new - as promised) condition. Well packaged so no damage during shipping. Disc was loose in the box, but that is a common issue with Sony so not the fault of the seller. One note is that the seller is located in Canada so if you are looking for a US edition, you're not getting one. There is no software difference to the US one but the disc jacket has both English and French descriptions, so if you're looking for a strictly US copy you may want to look elsewhere
