  Arrived in time. The rackmount chassis was as described. A PSU basket came heavily dented, and I asked for a replacement. However, they said they carried no spare parts ... Even though I would have been much happier if they took care of that..., I suppose they deserve a positive rating.

  I had little trouble findind the listing, but I referenced their website for available cases and found one I liked. They were super accomodating and tried to resolve issue that was present on eBay's side regarding international shipping. I am very happy with communication, quality of server case, shipping time & cost. What could use little improvement is product description, but I think that most people shopping for this kind of product will do extensive research anyways. Very recommended, 5*
