    Product and seller communications were good. However, the Packing and Shipping costs were excessive compared to a similar item bought and shipped from eBay through a different seller. Lack of a readily available shipping quote and shipping carrier, led to unnecessary delays. Item finally arrived on a pallet and liftgate truck.
