  do not buy from this person if you do not like tape on your box! books were wrapped in plastic then boxed. granted the 3 books are a little heavy but the seller did an outstanding job taping the box to where it would not accidently come open during shipment. they arrived in the exact same condition as shown in pictures. and seller was prompt in replying to questions asked. will buy from them again!!!!!

  Just as described, well packaged, took extra care, tricky to figure out how to open it, but the seller took care after letting them know how careless the package handlers are in my area. Arrived well protected, they did combined shipping, and had great communication. Will happily work with them again once I get the list together on what else I'm hunting for. Thanks again!

  A very rare piece in exquisite condition - I am so glad to have finally acquired this model-specific, first year prestige brochure! It is fully as, if not better than, described. Seller had some timing constraints as to when this item could be shipped, which were quickly and clearly communicated to me with options. We agreed and the item was carefully packaged and promptly shipped as agreed. I am over the moon with the item and very pleased with how the seller dealt with me!

  A good/solid e-Bay Seller. Would purchase again from them. Item description was accurate. Item packed well and tracking information provided. Received the item in a reasonable time and in good shape. (Beyond just tracking the item, it can be interesting to see the route it takes. This one had quite the detour. It was coming on a direct route, but then somehow it was routed on quite the circuitous route. Good thing it was packed well! :-) Thank you!

  Not the first time I've ordered from them, but the first time I've gotten something more than a brochure or two. This complete set of original factory service manuals was packaged extremely well, was exactly as described in the ad, and even with shipping was an outstanding value, as new reproduction sets go for twice as much or more. 11/10, very satisfied.
