    Unfortunately item was damaged beyond use or repair during transit - obviously the shipping carrier played hockey with the box. The condition of the burner assembly when it arrived is not a reflection of the seller, as the item was carefully packaged with significant closed-cell foam packing and cellophane wrapping. Notified seller of the damaged item and received a prompt refund, as they sadly did not have another assembly on hand.

    I had a great experience with this seller. I needed an odd piece for an appliance that was discontinued by the maker. I found the piece through a listing with Pitron, but under a different model name. The seller was responsive with messaging to help make sure that it was still the right piece.     Great company to purchase from. My error in purchasing the wrong part. Simple return and was immediately sent the correct part. Everything packaged wonderfully. Part was exactly as pictured. Saved me lots in not having to replace the stove.

    So far so good board came well packed. Shipping was slow but that is not the sellers fault usps kept delaying shipping from one distributor center to another and sit for 24 hours each. Suspect bad weather? Original delivery date was 4 day after when it was delivered. I got the one year warranty just in case this board went bad too. Thank you my stove works great now would highly recommend seller
