    When I was in the process of "buy it now" & using Paypal, instead of "order confirmation", it said "item was to longer available". So I purchased another one from a different seller. It was unknown to me that I even purchased it until it arrived at my house. The charge on my bank statement, I was going to put a stop payment on until item arrived. The price was reasonable for the item.

    item as described but came with scratches due to poor packaging. a $600 medical device deserves a box, not just a bubble envelope, with the metal tool packed right up against the pump, which then scratched the pump. So, overall a neutral for very poor packaging. This is the first neutral I have ever given, in over 20 years on ebay.
