    Excellent service from Pik Trailer Spares but no so good from Royal mail. Item was as described and shipped very quickly with good communication from the seller. Delivery was a day later than intended through no fault of the seller.

    A part was missing from my order, contacted them and this was sent right out to me. Very quick response to my message to them regarding a part being missing. Highly recommended! Mistakes happen, it's how you deal with them that matters, they dealt with this quickly amd pressionally. I would 100% buy from them again.
