  Seller shipped the item poorly and as a result the item arrived damaged. There was only one sheet of bubble wrap and the corners were not protected at all so one is severely damaged and there's a tear from a puncture during shipping. I sent the attached photos to the seller and they've just ignored it. Don't expect good packaging or customer service from this seller... Why list it as new if it's just going to arrive looking like it was used.

  SELLERS BEWARE this buyer attempted a scam, first saying the package was not received yet the tracking showed the item delivered. I never received any photos or notice that there was damage during shipping! I have shipped many hundreds of records in these hardboard record boxes! One side is doubled when folded and I put bubble wrap on the other so the record does not touch the box. I also put the record in a thick plastic sleeve. If there was damage, I would have refunded his money!

  I love that this seller communicates with his customers. I got the wrong tracking number from USPS and they told me it was delivered to someone else. I wrote seller and he gave me correct tracking number and explained in detail that it would still arrive today. Album was in pristine condition as seller said, had a plastic sleeve over it and was right on time. Looks new even though it is from 1972! Thank-you seller for your quick help with this. Recommend this seller.
