Bought came ridiculously small, agreed with seller to return and I’d pay postage so not to leave them out of pocket. Sent back to registered address on eBay for them to tell me that’s not their address so I lost £20 with item and postage trying not to abuse the returns system

The dimensions of the product are on the listing description. If you unfortunately didnt read those it is unfortunate. We agreed for you to return the item but you did not use eBay's return procedure and posted to somewhere else. Item would have been returned to you by Royal Mail as undeliverable. Why didnt you use the correct return procedure? We always try and help as much as we can but can only take responsibility for things in our control. Your feedback is unfair in this case. Regards
