I have since purchased another dog bed for my Mum's dog, after the wonderful service they provided I had no hesitation in purchasing again from them. From the time my purchase was complete to the time of delivery I had excellent communication from them. The delivery was super fast and the items were in excellent condition. My little dogs were super excited when I opened the package and they could see new beds for themselves. Thank you.

Additionally, CS answered my query regarding quantity of pouches ordered as listing title stated x 48, but description text confusingly stated x 24.(noticed after I placed the order!) A prompt reply on BH Monday allayed my fears and the item (x48 pouches) was also delivered on the BH Monday = great service, thank you.
