    Wow ! Amazing ! Purchased on Tue, bespoke manufactured and despatched on Wed before receiving, very well packaged, on Fri. This is a beautifully, hand crafted, gift, which my Wife will be absolutely thrilled with. I can't recommend this seller enough. Initially I "cold contacted" and received a friendly and helpful reply, within the hour. Couple more communications before I made my purchase and so glad I did. Customer Service at its very best.     The box I received was fully personalised for my granddaughter’s 1st birthday with my own verse and it’s lovely. It was sent out by Royal Mail the same day as I ordered it and arrived two days later. Very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this seller!
