  The seller mixed up my shipment and sent me the wrong package. I contacted them to request a return label, but they refused to provide one or issue a refund. Instead, they repeatedly told me to “just pay to return it to get your correct order.” A few days later, I did receive a refund—but still no return label. It was a very strange and frustrating interaction. Please remember to treat customers with kindness and respect.

  I accidently mixed up this order with another order. I quickly sent a message to the parties of the mix up and let them know that I would take care of it. I asked her if she would like the item or a refund. She said a refund. The item that went to her was an item for a different customer. I thought that she could just put return to sender and cross out her address and the postal person will return it to me. Then she said that she opened the package. I was out of town I sent her a full refund.
