  This frame arrived and it was in mint condition. Looked like it was new. I just note in this review that the frame was missing glass, which the seller explained was never shipped with frames as it might break. Because this was not noted in the description the seller offered a $10 refund on the order. while that was fair, I still think it is odd to not include glass for their frames, and if packed securely, it should not break.

  Items were carefully packaged and box was labeled as glass on the outside. All arrived without damage. Two of the 10 plates have a very subtle difference than described. Two of the plates had white veins rather than black. It is not an issue for me. All of my plates have white veins.
