    The item was well packaged and in a new condition as listed. I notified Pearly Books of a minor manufacturing issue that wasn't their fault as the book came shrink-wrapped from the manufacturer, and they quickly replaced the book for a perfect copy. Great and fast communication; highly recommended seller.

    The item was well packaged in quality packing. I was told by the seller that there were some dinks and the seller shared photos and offered a partial refund if I still wanted the book. It was all very transparent and open. The book is also fabulous. It was good value too, hard to find elsewhere.

    Amazing seller, there was an issue with Royal Mail which resulted in the book arriving in a terrible condition. They replied to my request for help straight away and a replacement arrived the next day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again.
