    Super responsive and friendly seller, would do business with this company again gladly. FedEx unfortunately damaged the package in shipping but everything else about this transaction was stellar :)

    Sad story here. Seller ships item to me in original factory sealed box with slight box damage. When received, I discover the box damage meant actual item damage inside. Seller denied return request & made up stories that were false: -Stated he had examined the item before sending it - NOT POSSIBLE because factory box sealing tape was 100% intact. -He sent video of box at his store claiming it showed no damage; IN FACT, it did clearly show box damage. eBay, concluded I was due a full refund.

    NOT TRUE - ITEM WAS SEALED YOU SSAW A VIDEO - YOU DECIDED TO PUT THE OLD GASKET YOU USED BACK IN A BOX AND CLAIM IT WAS DAMAGED - GUESS WHAT IF IT WAS DAMAGED YOU COULD EASILY FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS OR SIMPLY REJECT THE PACKAGE ,ALSO IF IT WAS DAMAGED PRIOR SHIPPING USPS WOULD NEVER PICK IT UP AND ALLOW US TO SHIP IT BECASUE IT FALL UNDER THEIR REPSONSIBILLITY - SO STOP THE LIES AND GO MAKE PICKLES OR SOMETHING ELSE TO MAKE YOUR LIFE HAPPY - ALL LIES - WE GAVE YOU OEM PART , SHAME REALLY SHAME
