    Very pleased! Initially, I couldn't find the exact match for the replacement keyboard I needed. PCPartHub5 reached out and asked for more details. Within 24 hours, they had found the right part! It shipped quickly (arriving much sooner than the shipping estimate gave!), was packed very well, and was an exact OEM replacement. It works great and was priced very fairly. Very happy!

    Never received the order but it seems to be mostly the shipping companys mistake as I was not informed about the parcel being delivered and not informed of its failed delivery either. Result was parcel returned to seller. No issue on the ordering or sellers handling of the matter and purchase is refunded fast. 4 star rating on the item is a friendly rating for not reflecting poorly on the seller as sellers was not at fault.

    Laptop heat cooler arrived in 9 days from china to Vancouver island and is in perfect condition pre pasted and well warped I ordered another part at the same time from similar company and they are not as quick as this company's shipping. This company can complete shipping in 9 days to me that very fast shipping around the world.
