  PackagePro is a seller with integrity and I am very pleased with this transaction. I purchased a DVD set of The Beatles "Get Back" documentary but I received a Blu-Ray version by mistake. I sent an email requesting a refund and had a reply back in less than an hour. He admitted they sent the wrong set, and promised to send me the correct one asap. He did just that. Three days later, the DVD's were delivered. I had recently got screwed by two other sellers. Thank you PackagePro!!

  Great Seller. Excellent communication. First purchase here with a DVD box set that is in mint condition, good value, discs are of new condition and quality. Thrilled to have found this series to watch over again. The appearance of the box and inside sleeves that hold discs is faslawless. Item exactly as described. Shipping fast and a couple days early. Would buy again. Thank You for simply good business, and being a day maker.

  This should be zero stars, but didn't have the option. Should be a NEGATIVE experience but positive was only option. I did my part, I paid the full amount for the item, The email said the item was delivered. but NO ITEM WAS DELIVERED, I was literally waiting beside my front door when the email said it was delivered. But I never saw a postal carrier. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. I requested a refund, seller was unmoved . When did business transactions like this go the hell

  Sellers can’t take the heat when we pack, ship, and deliver on time. It’s time for you to ask your local postal carrier what he/she did with your package if you say it wasn’t delivered. It’s was in their hands and scanned it as delivered to you. It’s the precise reason sellers pay for delivery confirmation is for people like you.. we are sorry but not our responsibility when the person who comes to your house every day scans it as delivered to you. Tracking proves it was delivered.

  Shipping was very fast! It came three days earlier than expected, so that was nice!! -Good bang for your buck!! Vendor is great with communication and transparency. If something is wrong and you are respectful, they will make it right. I look forward to more purchases in the future for my dvd collection :)

  Item was exactly how described and was packaged securely. Shipping took longer due to the post office being slow but the seller was quick to respond to any inquiries I had. Seller was polite and I am very happy with my purchase. Great quality, condition, value and appearance. Highly recommend seller.

  Item arrived sealed as expected. The box was well sealed, but there was no airpaper. The outside box was dented and a couple of the dvd cases were cracked or broken. Item was shipped quickly. Overall decent value and excited to watch the show. Thank you!
