    We had a mishap and ended up with an incorrect item. Contacted seller (Jack) who was quick to reply and sent out the correct item straight away. A really good service items well packaged too. Would highly recommend because they corrected the mistake.

    Great looking item and very good value. Had a mix up with wrong item being delivered but resolved instantly after contacting the seller with a helpful & friendly staff member the correct item sent out immediately. Would highly recommend this seller and I would use again.

    Really Happy, The product was good quality and exactly as described. I was really happy with the price which was cheeper than originally expected due to the purchase choices. The product was exactly as described, looked durable and were in a good condition. They delivery was fast and they were packaged suitably for the product I purchased.     Great items, my dog absolutely loves them. One did stop working but there wasn’t a problem. These things happen, I contacted seller and another in the post immediately. Arrived today. Great value for money. Couldn’t fault anything. Would highly recommend this seller
