It came as described with the disc, manual, and box with no sleeve. The disc was in really really good condition with almost no scratches! 😁 Overall really great and the customer service is great! Also the game runs fine on my Wii! I'll leave some pictures! I sadly couldn't upload a video. 😞

For the price, I did not mind paying the extra shipping Due on Delivery costs, as the item shipping weight may have been mistaken upon sending. However, I am very pleased, and even with the extra shipping this was a great deal. Cards were in NM condition or such, and as described.
