    Seller did a great job refurbishing the amplifier. Good value to have it repaired vs buying a used one from a junkyard. The refurbuishment took longer than advertised. It was recieved on Tuesday the 15th by paulison, but wasn't shipped out until Friday the 25th. Otherwise I am very happy with the service recieved. Amplifier works perfectly.

    Sent in the Bose amp from a 2008 Audi. It took about 10 business days for the reconditioning. Arrived well-packaged and the amp works perfectly again. Got a couple of updates/answers along the way. Nice folks, promp responses to inquiries.

    It took longer than expected (Aug 18 to Sept 15) to have the Bose amp fixed; but they did fix it! I was able to chat or talk to real person and get status quotes while waiting. Will do business again.

    Absolutely fantastic service! I sent my Bose amplifier in for repair, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The seller was incredibly responsive to all my questions before, during, and after the repair. They kept me updated on the progress and turned the repair around unbelievably quickly. My amplifier is now working perfectly, like new! I highly recommend this seller for anyone needing Bose amplifier repairs. Top-notch communication and speedy, quality work! 5 stars!

    Ed took care of business and went above and beyond!! My amp first arrived not working after repairs. I talked with Ed on the phone multiple times (He always answered) and sent me a prepaid shipping label to send it back. It arrived this time and is working beautifully!! I can't tell you how awesome it is to hear/enjoy music again. Thank you very much Ed, best to ya!! Ryan
