  We messaged you immediately after the sale, apologized and said we had accidentally listed the magnification wrong, asking if you'd still like it if it was the 3.5-10x. We waited several days and received no reply, cancelled and refunded the order as we didn't want to send you the wrong thing, especially without your communication. You left us bad feedback faster than the time we waited for you to message back, this is objectively not "inexplicable". Please remove this, we did what we could.
