    The patch was to my expectations for the price. The black isn't as black as the original image, however, I imagine it's down to the process used. Postage was via 2nd class, arrived in a card backed envelope. Overall a good experience and I would consider using again in the future. Thank you.

    Awful. Supplies only FALSE order status NO ORDER NOR REFUND received ! Changed order status to 'DESPATCHED' before bothering to message me without having read any of the clear order details I messaged. I was mislead by false order status and waited for my items to arrive. No items nor refund have arrived long past the event for which order was required. As a retired Police Chaplain I am upset eBay allows clear seller fraud.

    You sent me random pictures which I made into patches and then you said you only wanted the the previous image sent. I still offered to make and ship it fast but you didnt reply to my messages
