  Item not as described. Missing an item that was pictured and stated complete. Seller said item was complete when packaged and shipped. Well, if that's the case it would have been complete upon opening the package. I'll leave it at that. Seller said file for refund. Also shipping box and the paper it was wrapped in as well as the items purchased had a strong mildew smell, which was was not in the description. Item did arrive quickly . I'll never deal with this seller again.

As a courtesy, we offered you a return and refund, which you declined. If the item truly wasn’t as described, declining a refund doesn’t make sense.
