  I ordered a shipment of this CVT fluid for my Nissan Altima and the first package made it to my state’s main distribution center and the shipper claimed the package and contents were damaged and were to be sent back to the seller. I contacted the seller, they refunded my purchase and had me order another shipment. They shipped out a new package the very next day and I received that one with no problem. Wonderful customer service from the seller! Would buy again!

  Received the shocks I ordered open the it box it did not have the complete items I ordered so contacted the company and they checked on the ordered found it incomplete and ask me to return the box for a full refund . Thanks for the courtesy service!!

  Pay attention to the listing. They intentionally make this look like it is an oem kit. Even listed the oem part numbers. Shortly after placing the order, the seller sent me a message asking if I saw that it was an aftermarket filter. I didn’t. Clearly they know they are running a bait and switch operation. I asked to cancel the order, but it supposedly had been shipped already…on a Sunday evening. Good packaging, good delivery timeline. Will never buy from this seller again.

  Customer should check item description. Listing clearly states that this listing sells Motorcraft fluid and WIX filter and gasket. Customer indeed asked for cancel but only after package already shipped. Customer was advised to refuse delivery if he doesn't want/need parts. Thanks
