    The item was originally described as for the right side (whereas I needed left) but upon enquiry the seller soon clarified and re-named, so I was able to purchase with confidence. Shipping was delayed until I sent a chaser, but once done the item was dispatched and arrived quickly, was very well packed, in great condition and fully functional. The seller was pleasant and responsive to communicate with. Pricing was good. Overall, I would recommend both the seller and their items.

    Item was in better condition than described. Seller had "equivalent" part numbers on the website to allow identification of parts that might have been sold in different countries with different part numbers. Shipping was quick. Parcel was robustly wrapped. Really Excellent service. Thanks Rinalds

    The seller did everything in his power to get me the part on time it was the shopping company that took longer than expected.. The part received was the correct part , and was the part described *** I made a mistake and mixed up the part numbers .. for this I apologise to the seller for my negative feed back earlier *** I would recommend this seller and would buy from this seller in future thanks John McGee

    Parts-RK were excellent in answering questions and asking for further info to ensure compatibility with my car. Their transit packaging was excellent and needed to be, as this Audi component has plastic prongs that could otherwise be damaged. The package arrived well within the specified time, in spite of Brexit related delays! Getting it installed took a little while, as in the August holidays season, but the car running well now and hopefully for much longer!

    Everything is fine, packaging and transportation, but I was only disappointed that the one part that goes to the driver's door has a large crack, which was not mentioned in the description comments.
