  Looks fantastic, new in original packaging, as good as advertised. Very fast turn around , well packed, good communication. Seller has a real feel for taking care of his customers. Ships as fast as order placed, takes time to make sure the item is packed carefully. Seller has a large selection of quality merchandise and very reasonable pricing as well as free shipping.   This is the second item I have bought from this seller. I was very pleased with how the seller handled the sale of this item. It was described very well and I appreciated the photos that were part of the listing. I was very happy that it was shipped in it's original box.   Item came in excellent new condition and as described. Excellent quality. Detailed appearance of gate as well as figurines announcing market and snowman w cardinal. Packaging was great to protect items. Shipping speed fast with UPS Ground. Great seller and I would definitely buy from again! Prices better with 2 or more coupon or 4 or more coupon. One of my favorite Dept 56 sellers.

  I appreciate the sale this seller had. It made it a decent value. The packaging could've been a bit better, both boxes I ordered came in a bag instead of a protective box, so the product packagings inside were a bit dinged, but the items were fine. I would do business with them again and I hope they might see this and not ship in a bag for those collectors who might like the original packaging. Good seller
