  Great customer service!! Purchased for a Christmas gift, item is as described, shipping was reasonable for price and arrived on time. Don't have a picture because it is wrapped up under a tree 😅

  The item was just as expected. It looked exactly like the description that was provided. The cost was reasonable. My son is very happy with it! However, it was estimated to get here September 9th when purchasing. When it finally shipped, we received a new estimate of September 9th - 23rd. The problem is my son is autistic. He's literal. When he ordered the Godzilla he was expecting it to get here on September 9th or close to that date. Only suggestion is be more forthcoming with shipping times.

  Said shipped from new York waited forever to get item I’ve requested it be cancelled and ask for a full refund and nothing. They take days to reply to messages. I’m totally unhappy and is requesting a full refund

  Item came as described perfectly no broken parts, but I wish there was some instructions as I had to figure it out myself. Also, shipping was a few days delayed. No big deal, but it should’ve been here a few days before it arrived.
