The condition of the packaging compared to the actual item was as stated, with no noticeable damage on the item or packaging. The value was good for its worth, and the appearance had no scuffs.   Good seller – responsive and fair Purchased the ASUS Phoenix NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 Video Card. Item arrived with a damaged fan, but the seller was quick to respond and offered a credit to cover the cost of a replacement. Appreciated the professionalism and willingness to make things right. Card works great otherwise. Would buy from again!
