  Communication could be better but it is a genuin item ( checked) and packed in a carton box . Arrived new I a new sealed box . Do recommend this seller. The price is much cheaper and truly genuin. "Fenix 26 R Pro " lamp which is the best in the market !!

  Stay well clear of this seller as the goods sold to me were stolen from the factory they were made serial number part erased with a dremil no serial number on the box no warranty as no complete service number, contacted fenix to be told they are aware of owl- outdoors activity and the headlamp is stolen be aware of this seller people!!
