    Pre-owned item was in excellent working condition, as described. Price was unbeatable, about half the price of other sellers. I did Local Pickup, so I can't comment on shipping. The people at the store were helpful and friendly. Online communication was not instantaneous, so just slow down and practice patience. Overall positive experience. Thank you very much!

    Wow, althought I have not tried gthe wrench yet, It looks fantastic for the money, and was new in the package and nice! Looks as good as something pricier. I think it was an exceptional value for a torquer, considering what other sellers are asking, and it arrived very quick, in good shape. I cant ask for more, outstanding seller.! Thanks!
