  Unfortunately this letter was lost in the mail. Great communication from the seller who assisted in tracking the letter within Correos Chile. There was an immediate refund when the letter was confirmed lost. I have previously purchased items from this seller and will continue to do so in the future. All previous purchases were good value, as described, well packed, shipped quickly and arrived safely.

  Unfortunately the item could not be posted to Australia due to Chilean Post.The seller was quick to notify me and made the refund available immediately. I've dealt with seller many times previously and never had any issues. Items were always package securely and as described..

  Part of a multi-buy was well described and thankfully very well packaged. The item arrived in a Royal Mail plastic bag saying that this item arrived in their care with damp marks. On opening the contents were dry because the seller had taken the trouble to ensure the material was well protected from such eventualities. I have purchased several other single stamps along with this cover. Because the seller made the effort to provided a 5* service it was an excellent ebay experience.

  I like the bisected stamp cover. It’s rare and valuable. The item is as described. Good quality. Reasonable prices and shipping cost. Order is packaged securely in plastic jacket. Delivery is timely as scheduled. Package arrives safely and is in good condition.

  Probably the worst packed items I’ve received via eBay. Arrived water damaged as shown. Had the stamps been properly packed they would have been protected from poor handling in transit. As it was they were literally glued together. After several hours I managed to separate them. 4 out of 6 came out okay. 2 were affected. Seller did agree to return but really a part refund at least should be on offer. Return wld take too long. tempted to leave negative feedback, but just want seller to improve.

  Stamps exactly as described. Well packed and in very good condition. Arrived 20th December, all the way from Santiago, Chile to UK, some 2 weeks early, so an unexpected Christmas present. Thanks very much!
