    I would very much like to thank openboxcentral with all their help during my purchase, after i confirmed that their was a problem with the first item sent to me they worked quickly to send me a return label and a replacement.     Very fast shipping process. The box is a bit beat up and there are two small indentations on the item itself, but only noticeable upon very close inspection. The functionality of the case isn't affected at all. The box was definitely opened before, but the case is very clean. The screen protectors were packaged inside the case, causing some small bending on the corner of one of them. I am satisfied with the overall quality and look, and the price can't be beat. Great seller! I would recommend.

    Item received from seller exactly as described and appearance is exactly as pictured in the listing. Brand new condition and in original unopened packaging. Very good quality.     I purchased a replacement battery for the Arctic 9X headset. The battery worked as described and was packaged well. The seller shipped the item very quickly after purchase. I would definitely recommend this seller in the future.

    Pole was damaged in the process of delivery. I contacted seller and they were more than happy to help and got right on it! Very kind and respectful people. I’d buy again just because of how well they handle the situation. Also the damage wasn’t the sellers fault it was caused by poor handling by the delivery drivers.
