  Item arrived dented, having been wrapped only in one of those plastic mail pouches. I have hammered it straight, messaged seller but haven't had the courtesy of a reply. Would have been fair value for money if it had arrived in good condition. Wasn't worth the hassle of complaining, I fixed it myself.

  Item not as shown in photos in the listing. Photo showed red shoes (no other colour was shown in the photos or given as an option in the listing), therefore I ordered what was listed as RED shoes. When the shoes arrived, they were SILVER. I contacted the seller, but had no response. I therefore requested and received a refund on returning the shoes to the seller. Will not use seller again.

  Grat service, good price & fast delivery . What I wanted and looks as though will do the job but feels quite lightweight so hope strong enough for my thick hair! Packaged well. Protected inside parcel by clear cover . No more feedback to leave about it .
