  I am sure when your product arrives it will be as described. However your delivery service Yodel have yet to deliver the parcel. First delivery date Wed 11th, the 2nd date Tues 10th, my third Tues or Wed. My possible delivery date now Thurs 12th... I have had to garner help from my neighbours to deal with this unprofessional delivery company..and I am now spending a 3rd day in. For your business to survive..get yourself another delivery company because your product may be 5 star. Yodel are not.

  The portfolio case has arrived. It is good for my purpose. New as described. So good value. Unfortunately the first case the seller sent went missing. That seemed to be a problem with the carrier. The seller responded very quickly to my query when it did not arrive and promptly dispatched another. This one arrived in two days so that was fine. Thanks to the seller for sorting this out quickly.

  2 nd purchase. One panel was found to be damaged. Informed supplier. They organised a prompt replacement which delivered in 3 days. Good product and great service

  As described, took a while to arrive as they use Yodel as a courier. The item eventually arrived after a couple of weeks. Yodels fault. The seller was excellent.
