    It was shipped only wrapped in a plastic with only one piece of packaging filler. The caliper had punctured through the box in transit. Luckily the part appeared to be undamaged. I contacted the seller, I was offered a no charge replacement, but decided it was unnecessary. I installed it and it is working properly. Seller stated they will do better with packaging in the future. In the end, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

    This switch unfortunately did not fit my truck, and they did not have one that would in stock. Their communication was awesome, and they immediately sent a prepaid return tag so I could send it back and refund my purchase price. I have purchased from this seller before, and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
