OmniTechRecycling responded within 1 business day, searched their warehouse, found a replacement, and shipped it the next day—at no extra cost! Truly above and beyond. 2 million stars if I could. BUY FROM THEM! The price was far cheaper even with shipping than anywhere else I could find online.

    Switch arrived 2 days later than expected and the box it came in was soaked, but this USPS' fault and not the seller's. The switch itself was packed well and was bone-dry with no moisture on or around it. The switch itself arrived as described and looked brand new with no scuffs, dings, or scratches. For the price, this switch was a great deal and I will be doing business with this seller again.

    Item works exactly as described in the listing. Very fair pricing for functioning model. Packaged with care, though the power cord was missing upon initial delivery and had to be shipped separately before i could test the item.

    Box delivered in was smashed, item packed so perfectly it didn't get a scratch - other sellers need to take note, better condition than expected and great value - will add to favorite seller list, great job!
