These pieces are just gorgeous. Packaged beautifully in tissue paper and a pink parcel, I unwrapped it to see her just as described. The seller was communicative regarding shipping, and it was relatively swift, especially given the unprecedented winter conditions in their area. Beyond beautiful! Stunning! I absolutely LOVE this dress, so much better than described by pictures! Packaging was clean and mindful, very pleased with the care seller took to package the item. Sweater came with a garment protector. Thank you so much Olga's Shop for providing that extra care. Shipping was fast and very fair. I purchased two items and was given free shipping. The packaging was really good and thoughtful. The item was as described and even more beautiful in real life. This dress IS A DREAM! We had some issues with shipping but that's more on USPS's side. The seller was really responsive and really responsible. Totally worth the price!! Recommend!!!

Amazing seller. Very well and carefully packaged. Gown just as described and even more beautiful in person, a great value collection piece to have. We ran into some problems with shipping and the seller worked very hard to resolve it for me.

Item was just as seller described. The box item was shipped in, could have used more packing tape & packing material. But luckily it arrived undamaged, just later than intended….due to USPS continuing problems with mail delivery! Would recommend seller to other buyers.
