    Fantastic communication. I ordered the wrong size by mistake (didn’t realise the current head plate was w not mw). Messaged to ask if they could change my order from w to xw. They agreed instantly and changed my order. They shipped immediately Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Great price.

    Very bad delivery but this was due to issues with ROYAL MAIL seller was great , good communication throughout and great service from them let down by delivery issues

    Not sent, contacted them after 7 days to be told the item was damaged so had returned it to manufacturer for replacement, I could wait or have refund. I chose to wait but still nothing after another week. Contacted them again for same answer, this time I took refund. At no point did they contact me to explain what was going on, they should have done this at the straight away . Looking at negative feedback this seems to be a common problem, I dont believe they ever had the item to sell.
