  We had a shipping snafu where my card got swapped with someone else's. The seller was apologetic and immediately refunded, no harm done. Then they asked to return it, offering to send the correct card out at no additional charge, plus some bonus ones. Everything worked out even better than I could have asked! Super nice and great communication all around. One of my favorite people I've worked with recently, and would happily shop again.
