  I don't know what happened, I purchased an item at that online store, it didn't mentioned that it was out of stock, it was brass door pushplates,it was indicating the contrary, it was written 10 of these were available, so I did the purchase, the transaction went well, but a few minutes later, I received an email from them that said that I was refund. I'm deceive I need brass pushplates, they're rare to find, we're I will need to check to find some.

  Fast shipping and well wrapped packaging. I will keep looking at the sellers listings for other treasures to restore my 1920's home. The item was as described and a good value.

  The seller has been very helpful and cooperative. Because of my travel schedule I have asked that shipping be delayed until the beginning of June, when they promise to phone me to synchronize with my schedule.

  Well packaged. Felt disillusioned though. The listing represented like there was just one, so I jumped on ordering it. Only to find seller's site then had an identical item, again listed to make one think there was just one. And it was listed for less money then what i had just paid. I didn't see anything saying that the latch worked hard/stiff. Nothing silicone can't fix. But felt it was lacking full disclosure. No way to message to ask questions such as if screws were included. They weren't.

  I'm sorry the 100 year old screws were not available as they are rarely salvaged in usable condition. 80% of the antique hardware doesn't include screws and we started specifying that in our listings this last year. Our prices are based on what we pay for the pieces, if there is one slightly cheaper it is because we pay less for that one. All the ice box latches are on eBay and our website. So it was fully disclosed.
